In a little more than a month, the big spotlights of the most beautiful amphitheatre at the foot of Marjan Hill will be focused on the FISU World University Cheerleading Championship, which will gather the best student cheerleaders from all over the World. 

Before the main curtains of the stage open, but also during the Championship, in addition to the organizers, the soul and heart of this event will be our dear volunteers. 

As a volunteer, you’ll dive into the excitement, gain event management experience, work with amazing mentors, and connect with 500+ elite cheerleaders from around the globe. Build lifelong friendships, create lasting memories, and have the time of your life!

Volunteer activities start as early as 22.07.2024, depending on your team.

The Croatian Academic Sports Association as one of the organizers of the competition and main organization for university sports in Croatia, is especially dedicated to volunteers and the volunteer program that lasts throughout the year. With the aim of building a base of volunteers in the field of sports management this year also marked the second generation of volunteer and leadership academy – UniSport ViLA and they will also be part of our event. 

“The experience I gained during the Academy simply cannot be described, it is an inexhaustible source of skills and emotions and I can truly say that every event left a special mark on me. My role at the FISU World University Cheerleading Championship will be the coordination of volunteers, and I tell you from the bottom of my heart – come to Split and be part of the most beautiful summer experience, you won’t regret”, said Karla Srdanović from Split, a long-time volunteer and student of the Academy.
